Before you beginMake images smaller | Make images bigger

The components for the kit are cut by a laser into the card and/or MDF. To keep the parts on the card there are some small tabs that you will need to cut.

When you want to remove a piece from the card, cut through the remaining lines to release the part.

I use superglue and white wood glue for construction: the superglue is used for small parts as it bonds fairly quickly (within 3 seconds) and the white glue for larger parts but feel free to use whatever glue you are comfortable with.

  1. Small Watch Tower
  2. Large Watch Tower
  3. Heavy Machine Guns
Part 1 - the small watchtowers

Start by removing the pieces for the watchtower legs as well as the support braces.

Fold the pieces before you glue them. If any of your pieces do not fold easily, lightly score the fold with a hobby knife

Assemble the legs as shown

Start by gluing one of the braces to legs where the legs are joined

Then glue the braces to the loose ends and join the two halves of the legs together

Next remove the cross-brace pieces (there are 4 of them)

Glue these to the bottom of the legs. They do not have to be neat.. this is an orc tower after all.

Remove the top of the watchtower and fold the edges

Glue the edges up as shown

Remove the armour plate pieces

The two pieces that are side by side are different lengths to the other two pieces, so make sure they are on opposite sides.

Assemble the watchtower pieces together (the base, the legs and the top)

Remove the glyphs and glue them where you want. Note that each little glyph gives you TWO pieces

Your small tower is done... and it should be quite strong!

Part 2 - the large watchtower

Start by removing the pieces for the watchtower legs as well as the support braces.

Fold the pieces before you glue them. If any of your pieces do not fold easily, lightly score the fold with a hobby knife

Assemble the legs as shown

Start by gluing one of the braces to legs where the legs are joined

Then glue the braces to the loose ends and join the two halves of the legs together

Remove the lower armour plating

You can glue this either to the outside of the tower or, if you trim it down a little, to the inside

Remove the base and sides of the tower top

Glue them together as shwon. The sides should sit on TOP of the base, not wrap around it.

Remove the extra armour plates - each set is a different length so glue them on opposite sides

Attach them to the tower top as shown

To give your tower some extra strength, add a heavy dose of white glue to the corners

Then glue the component parts together.

You don't have to weight it down with as heavy a weight as I have.. this photo is just to show that the tower is quite strong.

The instructions to build the heavy machine guns are here: Heavy Machine Gun Set
CONGRATULATIONS! You are done.
