This kit comprises 1 sheet of card and a 7cm strip of plastic rod

The plastic rod will be cut into 3 x 20mm lengths (the barrels) and 2 x 5mm lengths (the stands)

What to do if calamaty strikes and you lose the thin plastic rod?
You can buy more from your local hobby shop:
Evergreen Scale Models Item Code 223: 3/32" ROD (2.4mm dia.)

You can also buy more of this if you want to make your barrels longer

Part 1 - the single machine gun

Begin by removing the single machine gun parts from the card.

Glue them together as shown

Cut a 20mm length of the plastic rod and glue it in place as shown.

Remove the pieces for the ammo hopper and glue them together as shown. Glue the ammo hopper to the gun

Remove the small stand mount from the frame and glue it underneath the gun as shown

OPTIONAL: Remove the gun shield from the frame and glue it in place.

The gun comes with two different mounts.

One is to mount the gun on a flat surface. Gllue the ring to the rectangular piece and glue that to your model where required.

The other mount is a "clamp" type to mount the gun on the sides of an open-topped vehicle. Glue the small squares either side and the small mounting piece on top

Cut a 5mm length from the rod and use it to mount the gun to whatever base you require

Part 2 - the double machine gun

Remove the double machine gun pieces from the frame and assemble them as shown.

Remove the small square pieces and glue them together. Then glue them to the guns as shown to space them apart.

Finally glue the stand mount underneath the gun as shown.

Assemble the ammo hoppers and glue them in place

Cut 2 x 20mm lengths for the barrels and attach them as shown.

The mount for the double gun is exactly the same as for the single.

CONGRATULATIONS! You are done.
