The components for the kit are cut by a laser into the card. To keep the parts on the card some of the lines are incomplete.

When you want to remove a piece from the card, look for the incomplete lines. You will only need to cut these lines to release the part.

I use superglue for construction as it bonds fairly quickly (within 3 seconds) but normal white wood glue works just as well and is a lot cheaper.

Refer to the diagram on the left for part numbers

Part 1 - the components

Remove the fuselage part from the frame and pre-fold it so that it bends easily.

Take note that some folds are perforations, and are meant to fold the other way (towards you).

Glue the sides of the fuselage together as shown

Pinch the sides of the fuselage together as shown and glue

Work your way around the fuselage, gluing the sides together.

Once you are done, add the nose piece (part 2) and fold down the tail flap as shown

Find the engine pods and remove them from the frame

Pre fold the parts to make sure you have clean folds.

If the card does not fold cleanly, score the fold gently with a hobbly knife

Start with the top and glue the sides together

Once the top bit is all done, glue the bottom sides together

Finally fold over the bottom flap

Add the detail pieces as shown

Find the engine pieces and remove them from the frame

I STRONGLY recommend that you score these pieces with a hobby knife, especially the smaller folds

Make sure each fold is clean and crisp

Fold the sides of the engine around the end flaps and glue in place

Add the detail pieces as shown

Find the weapons pods and remove them from the frame

The folds indicated by the red arrows are perforations...these should fold the other way (towards you)

Assemble the weapons pods as shown

The winglets are two layers of card. Remove them from the frame and glue them together

Assemble the dorsal air intake as shown

Find the wings (these have two layers) and glue them together

Find the engine pod attachments (part 15) and glue them to the wings

Make sure 1mm of the attachment sticks out of the wing (as shown by the red arrow)

Part 2 - putting it all together

Attach the engine pods, wings and dorsal air intakes as shown

Glue on the cockpit pieces as shown

Attach the engine pod mounts to the engines and then attach them to the wings

Glue the weapons pods onto the sides as shown

Assemble the tail fins as shown and glue them in place

CONGRATULATIONS! You are done.
