The components for the kit are cut by a laser into the card. To keep the parts on the card some of the cuts only go half way through.

When you want to remove a piece from the card, flip the card over and look for the incomplete lines. You will only need to cut these lines to release the part.

I use superglue for construction as it bonds fairly quickly (within 3 seconds).

Part 1 - the base

Start by removing the inside part of the container. This is a single piece.

Gently score the lines that have been half cut and bend the pieces slightly so that you get clean folds. DO NOT CUT THROUGH!

Take note of the thin flap at the end (indicated by the red arrow). This will be glued inside the container.

Remove the retangular pieces from the inside of the frames. These have been marked with a triangle

Fold the container into a rectangle, using the short length as a flap that will be glued inside.

Try and make sure that the edges of the flap exactly line up with the edges of the container wall.

Once you are happy with the alignment, glue the flap in place.

Glue the rectangles (the ones marked with a triangle) across the end of the container as shown (make sure they go horizonally).

If you are intending to model the container with the doors open, you might want to trim these down (so that they are a lot shorter) but I generally don't bother.

If they are not trimmed down they will block access if you make the doors wide open.

Your container ends should now look like this.

Part 2 - The corrugations

Remove the corrugations from the frame.

Two are marked with a square and one is marked with a circle.

The square ones are for the sides, the circle one for the top.

Start with the sides of the container and glue on the corrugation piece that is marked with a small square.

Make sure that the tops and bottoms are flush and that the one end is flush with the edges of the cross braces.

Now remove the container doors from their frames (they are joined together as shown) and seperate them.

If you turn them over you will see that one has been cut through and that the "doors" are held together only by a small section.

If you want to model the container with the doors open, cut through this section and also score where the hinges will be. DO NOT CUT THROUGH.

Glue the doors to the end of the container.

Your container should now look like this.

Part 3 - The final outside details

Remove the outside struts from the frame and remove their inner pieces too.

Starting at the SIDES of the container, glue on the struts. The side struts have no cross brancing

Once the side struts are in place, glue on the top struts This is the piece that has the cross-bracing.

Finally glue the end pieces on.

Congratulations... you are done!
