The components for the kit are cut by a laser into the card and/or MDF. To keep the parts on the card there are some small tabs that you will need to cut.

When you want to remove a piece from the card, cut through the remaining lines to release the part.

I use superglue and white wood glue for construction: the superglue is used for small parts as it bonds fairly quickly (within 3 seconds) and the white glue for larger parts but feel free to use whatever glue you are comfortable with.

The large Hut

Start by separating the pieces for the inner walls from each other.

Fold the pieces before you glue them. If any of your pieces do not fold easily, lightly score the fold with a hobby knife

Glue the sides together as shown, using the tabs provided

The roof part slots into tabs on the flat part of the tower.

Remove the outer wall parts and separate them from one another as shown

Glue them on to the inner walls as shown, adding the front doors

Add the top armour to the roof and the door frame piece to the front of the building as shown

The vent is assembled as shown and can be glued anywhere

The part indicated by the arrow is the roof for the sloping roof bit.

You can use it as the roof, or you can make a corrogated roof out of the piece of corrogated card included.

I did both... I glued the roof piece on and then glued the corrogated card on top of it.

I also added a thick layer of white glue to all the internal corners and to the top of the watch tower.

Your finished hut... ready for occupation

CONGRATULATIONS! You are done.
