Art Deco buildings WIP

Our range of art deco corner ruins is being re-released.

They are in the store here: http://www.lasercutcard.co.za/shop/scenery/buildings

These kits used to combine an MDF core with card detailing. The MDF core has now been replaced with two layers of card, which is just as strong.

The good news is that these changes have drastically reduced the weight and the price of the kits without sacrificing strength or detail.

This range of four buildings represents four corners of a single building.

Each model includes exterior and interior detailing.

Real life inspiration

This ruin is based on a real building in Durban, South Africa. Called “Victoria Mansions”, it is one of Durban’s many example of great art deco buildings, sadly a little neglected but still beautiful
